Yes! You do not need to live in Dallas to receive e-Design services, because everything can be done virtually. In-person styling is for Dallas clients only.
After you've had a design consultation, it typically takes 30-45 days to complete a design. If you purchased a multi-room package, you can expect 30-45 days turnaround per room.
Open concept rooms are considered separate rooms, and we have a package for a 2-room design, that offers a discount for booking both rooms together.
Yes! We just need to see pictures of the pieces, along with measurements, so that we can design the space precisely.
Before your consultation, you'll receive a photograph and measurement guide that gives detailed instructions on how to measure the space properly.
Absolutely! Every package includes one round of revisions, where you'll provide feedback on any requested edits. We will make those changes at once (one round) and send them to you virtually. If you still wish to make changes, you can purchase an extra round of revisions and we will make the requested changes.
Manufactured goods are rapidly changing and there are no guarantees that things will be in stock. Therefore, we recommend that you wait until you are financially ready to implement a design change before purchasing services. If you attempt to purchase a product within 7 days of design approval and it's out of stock, we will find a replacement product. If you wait longer than 7 days, you will need to shop for an alternative on your own.
